Tonya Russell Lavender is a diplomatic business owner who has built her foundations purpose centered around serving her community for over two decades.  With the future in mind, she received her sales associate license in 2001 while establishing her career in Land Acquisitions connecting with local builders, specializing in zoning.  Ready to expand her experience, Tonya became a Real Estate Broker, cultivating Tonya Russell Realty in 2007, while also elevating into a Mortgage Broker. In 2020, Tonya decided to transform her vision,  rebranding as Flourishing Foundations Realty Group.  Flourishing Foundations Realty Group is a collective constructed on the principle where no buyer or seller will be left unsatisfied.
